Why Homeschool?

Filed under: Uncategorized — Kathryn Stout @ 9:00 am

Another question from the Dr. Phil Show contact and my response:

“Why would you recommend homeschooling for other parents?”

Every case is different, but my answer to any parent could ultimately be boiled down to one thing–freedom. Often, schools try to put well rounded children into a square hole, and homeschooling gives the freedom to both the parents and children to impart, enjoy, share and discover together. Through this, a parent develops a whole child. They keep the responsibility of truly raising and developing their child. They get to watch the child blossom instead of just doing damage control because of negative outside environments.
