When will my order ship?
Quick Service! Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Credit cards and check cards (that process like credit cards) may be used for any order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
PayPal may be used for any order.
Checks and money orders may be used for mail orders only and must be in U.S. funds.
How much will it cost to ship my order? How long will it take to arrive?
U.S. orders are shipped USPS media mail and should arrive within 3-10 business days of shipment. The cost added to your order is a minimum of $2.50, maximum of $9 or 10% of your order total.
Canadian orders are shipped USPS parcel post and should arrive within 1-3
weeks.
The cost added to your order is a minimum of $8.00 or 20% of your order
total.
International orders are shipped USPS surface mail and should arrive within
4-6 weeks.

Can arrival be sped up?
Want faster shipping?
Online orders: Type in your request: USPS priority mail, Fed Ex ground, or number of days, or airmail (overseas) and a representative will e-mail you with the added cost for your approval.
Phone, Fax, or Mail orders: Make your request with your order, providing a phone number and, if possible, an email address so that we may contact you with the cost information after checking with the post office or Federal Express.
